Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled areas, unexpected conditions or inaccessible sections.
Full payment is required on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept standard payment methods (bank transfer, EFT, etc.).
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Severe weather may require services to be postponed for safety reasons.
6. Property Access & Safety
Customers must ensure:
Clear and safe access to all required areas.
Pets, vehicles and obstacles are removed prior to service.
Fragile items, electrical risks, or hazards are disclosed beforehand.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone work if conditions are unsafe.
7. Damage & Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty surfaces, loose materials or ageing structures.
Some surfaces may react differently to cleaning based on age, condition or coating type.
Drone cleaning may not be suitable for all surfaces; alternative methods may be used.
Our liability is limited as permitted under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Warranty & Satisfaction
We stand by our workmanship.
Workmanship guarantees apply only to the areas we clean.
Organic regrowth, staining, rust, oil penetration or chemical damage beyond our control are not covered under warranty.
Results may vary depending on surface condition and contamination depth.
If you have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.
